Pazha Manga Perukku - Manga Pachadi is a sweet and sour gravy.

INGREDIENTS:
Ripe mango/Pazha Manga: 4
Jaggery: 3 tsp or 1 cube or up to ur taste
Grated coconut: ¼ cup
Dry red chili: 2-3
Mustard seeds: ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
To Temper
Coconut Oil: 1 tbsp
Dry red chill: 2-3
Mustard seeds: ½ tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig

HOW TO MAKE:
Peel and squeeze ripe mangoes well along with jaggery and salt to taste. Keep it aside.
Roast dry red chili in coconut oil and grind grated coconut along with roasted red chili and mustard seeds to a semi coarse paste.
Add ground coarse paste to the squeezed mangoes-jaggery mixture and mix well.
Heat coconut oil; add mustard seeds, dry red chili and curry leaves.
Pour the seasoning over the mango curry and mix well. Keep covered till served. Let the flavor set.
Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!
